Andika is the principal of Nusa Advocates, bringing a wealth of experience in mergers and acquisitions, corporate transactions, foreign investments, joint ventures, restructuring, and financing. He provides strategic insights and tailored solutions to complex legal challenges, specializing in sectors such as energy and mining, capital markets, manufacturing, and infrastructure.
Andika holds a law degree from the Faculty of Law, Universitas Indonesia, a master’s degree in business administration from Universitas Prasetiya Mulya, and a doctoral degree in Public Administration from Universitas Padjadjaran.
He is a member of the Indonesian Advocates Association (PERADI) and the Financial Sector Legal Consultants Association (HKHSK).

Rian Hidayat
Partner
Rian Hidayat is a partner at Nusa Advocates with extensive expertise and experience across various areas of law, specialising in competition law, suspension of debt payment obligations (PKPU), bankruptcy, commercial litigation, criminal litigation, and industrial relations disputes. Rian has represented business entities in numerous litigation cases, including the resolution of competition law disputes before the Indonesia Competition Commission (KPPU), courts, and the Supreme Court. Rian also serves as a receiver and administrator in PKPU and bankruptcy proceedings.
As a testament to his expertise, Rian is the former Executive Chair of the Bankruptcy Research Unit at the Faculty of Law, Universitas Indonesia, and was also entrusted with the role of Research Manager at the Center for Competition and Business Policy Studies at the same university.
Rian holds a law degree from the Faculty of Law, Universitas Indonesia, and a Master of Laws from the Faculty of Law, Universitas Gadjah Mada. He is currently pursuing a Doctoral Program at the Faculty of Law, Universitas Indonesia.
Rian is an active member of the Indonesian Advocates Association (PERADI) and the Indonesian Receivers and Administrators Association (IKAPI). He also served as the Secretary-General of the Alumni Association of the Faculty of Law, Universitas Indonesia (ILUNI FHUI) for the 2021–2024 term.

Henny Marlyna
Partner
Henny Marlyna is a partner at Nusa Advocates with extensive expertise and experience across various areas of law, specializing in Intellectual Property Rights, Intellectual Property Management and Valuation, Consumer Protection Law, Cyber Law, and Data Protection Law.
As an expert in these areas, Henny has served as a lecturer in the Economic and Technology Law program at the Faculty of Law, Universitas Indonesia, since 2003.
Henny received her undergraduate degree, graduate degree, and doctor degree (in Law) from the Faculty of Law, Universitas Indonesia. She also received her Master of Legal Institution (M.L.I.) from the University of Wisconsin Law School in 2004.
Henny is a registered Intellectual Property Consultant and Lawyer in Indonesia (a member of the Indonesian Advocates Association (PERADI)). She is also a Mediator and Arbiter at The Alternative Dispute Resolution Institution for the Financial Services Sector (LAPS SJK) as well as a non-judge Mediator at West Jakarta and Central Jakarta District Court. Since 2024 she has been appointed as one of the panelists for Indonesia Domain Name Dispute Settlement established by Indonesia Internet Domain Name Registry (PANDI).

Shanti Prameshwara
Associate
Shanti is an associate at Nusa Advocates and focuses her practice on general corporate matters and transactions across various sectors, including energy and mining, capital markets, household and healthcare industries, and land and property. She has experience assisting both foreign and domestic clients in setting up their businesses and acquiring other businesses and companies in Indonesia. This includes providing legal advice and solutions to help clients conduct and execute their business operations in compliance with applicable Indonesian regulations. She has also been involved in and led due diligence projects related to initial public offerings (IPOs) as well as acquisitions and joint operation transactions.
Shanti holds a law degree from Universitas Indonesia and is a member of the Indonesian Advocates Association (PERADI).
