Regulatory Update: Submission of Annual Reports to the Ministry of Law
Effective 1 June 2026, Indonesian limited liability companies are required to submit their annual reports and the notarial deed evidencing the GMS approval of such annual reports through the SABH system within 30 days from the date of the deed. Companies should ensure timely compliance, as failure to meet this requirement may result in administrative sanctions and restrictions on certain corporate actions requiring approval from or acceptance by the Ministry of Law. Administrative sanctions will begin to be imposed in November 2026.
